One thing I commonly notice from Small Business Owners is their quick assessment to determine the failure of an advertisement by the ad format itself, and not the message within the ad. With so much attention in recent years with hyper-focus of various ad formats, especially online and social media advertising, what you say and how you say it is critically important.


Knowing your customer, their needs, why they seek out your product or service and why they should select you…all needs to be addressed. This is more important than whatever ad format you decide to go with. It’s what drives awareness, interest and ultimately their selection in call or visiting your business.
